What we collect
When you use the matching form we collect the city, role, preferred platform, vehicle, start timeframe, work-eligibility answer, your first name and your phone or WhatsApp number. We do not ask for a CV or identity documents for the initial match.
Why we collect it
To determine which fleet partners can accept your application in your city, and to contact you about that match.
Who receives it
Your details stay with RiderHelp until you choose a specific fleet partner. Nothing is transferred to a partner before that explicit choice.
Storage in your browser
We store only your country preference and whether you dismissed the country suggestion banner. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@riderhelp.eu. We delete applicant data when it is no longer needed for the match you requested.
