How fleet partner recruitment works in Europe

Why most couriers and drivers start through a local fleet partner, and what to check before signing.

Platforms, fleets and workers

In many European markets delivery and mobility platforms work with local companies β€” fleets or partner agencies β€” that hold the platform contract and onboard workers under their account.

That means the practical question for a new courier or driver is usually not which platform to apply to, but which local partner to start with.

What RiderHelp does

RiderHelp collects the details that determine eligibility β€” country, city, role, vehicle, start timeframe and work eligibility β€” and matches them against partners recruiting in that market.

You choose which partner receives your application. RiderHelp is paid by fleet partners for qualified applications and is free for workers.

Before you sign

Ask for the written agreement, the commission or fee, the payout schedule, any equipment or rental deductions, and the notice period.

Never pay a recruitment fee to start working. Requirements and documents differ by country and city, so verify current rules with the local authority and the platform.
